Understanding Property Rejection

In certain cases, a submitted property listing may be rejected during the verification process. This typically occurs when the information provided is incomplete, inconsistent, or does not meet the quality standards set by the HomeHive platform. This guide will help you understand the possible reasons behind the rejection and the appropriate steps to resolve the issue and proceed with your listing.

Common Reasons for Property Rejection

  • Incomplete or Inaccurate Property Details: Missing essential information such as the address, rental price, amenities, or property type.
  • Mismatch in Uploaded Documents: Identification or proof of ownership documents do not correspond with the account or property information.
  • Unverified Ownership: Submitted files fail to clearly verify that you are the legitimate owner of the property.
  • Poor-Quality or Misleading Photos: Images are blurry, irrelevant, or digitally manipulated in a way that misrepresents the property.
  • Violation of Platform Policies: Listings that do not comply with HomeHive’s content standards or applicable housing regulations.
